feat(replay): Add option to skip requestAnimationFrame for canvas snapshots

This adds an option to snapshot() to skip requestAnimationFrame when manually snapshotting.

Usage

const replayIntegration = Sentry.getClient()?.getIntegrationByName('ReplayCanvas');
replayIntegration?.snapshot(canvasEl, {skipRequestAnimationFrame: true});

Requires also bumping rrweb depending to support this option.
