fix(output): Render finding evidence traces#335
Merged
Conversation
Rename the public verification details block to Evidence and steer findings toward compact code-path traces instead of checklist-style proof. Keep the existing verification JSON field for compatibility while tightening prompt guidance and renderer behavior. Co-Authored-By: GPT-5 Codex <noreply@anthropic.com>

Render Warden finding details as Evidence instead of Verification, while keeping the existing
verificationJSON field for compatibility. The prompt and verifier guidance now ask for compact code-path evidence traces rather than checklist-shaped proof. The built-in code-review and security-review skills inherit the same public evidence style, and the GitHub comment spec now shows the Evidence block reviewers will see.
This keeps the stored report shape stable while making PR comments read more like concrete review receipts.
