Update 2FA button variant and cleanup settings page#280

- Changed the 2FA toggle button variant from 'default' to 'primary' (consistent with existing logic). - Removed redundant 'bg-blue-600' class from the 2FA button as it's already provided by the 'primary' variant. - Removed all stale '// FIX: 'default' -> 'primary'' comments from the settings page.
