* Added new env var for ignoring authors and added filter for the CSV gen, branches by date, new contributors, and suggest reviewers * Various overall adjustments to handle new author filter * Remove TODO.md * Change name of the CSV output file to match the documentation * Prep for 0.2.0 release Closes #3
* Missed implementing _GIT_BRANCH. Implemented it for the CSV option, but will need to rethink how to handle the changelogs by branch option a bit. Might need a refactor
* Couple areas had to be tweaked as we added and removed some stuff * Removed the additional license in the classifiers section as it is deprecated * Minor overall tweaks
