6. File + bash: ✅ - created and cat'd smoke test file
7. Discussion interaction: ✅ - commented on latest discussion copilot was here #55604
8. Build: ✅ - make build succeeded, binary produced
9. Artifact upload: ✅ - staged and uploaded gh-aw binary
10. Discussion create: ✅ - created "copilot was here" discussion
11. Workflow dispatch: ✅ - dispatched haiku-printer with haiku message
12. PR review tools: ✅ - added inline comment, submitted review, replied to comment
13. Comment memory: ✅ - appended haiku to comment-memory file
14. Sub-agent (file-summarizer): ❌ - agent completed but produced no response (both attempts)
15. Check run: ✅ - created check run "Smoke Copilot - Run 32807464140"
16. LSP TypeScript: ❌ - node not installed, LSP unavailable for .cjs file symbol lookup

Overall status: FAIL (tests #3, #14, #16 failed due to missing Go/Node in sandbox and sub-agent no-op)
