Separate credential storage and concrete proxying from host-wide provider composition, add the provider protocol and lifecycle, and release the completed architecture as 0.2.0.
Add project-defined multi-team orchestration, explicit runtime health, and strict persisted state handling. Harden AgentWS recovery and task mutation, serialize gateway credential writes with kernel locks, and keep gateway status non-building and non-pulling.
Describe project.cyclo, mount semantics, shared runtime lifecycle and health, AgentWS recovery, gateway operation, and the complete 0.2.0 architecture.
Centralize exact-ID Docker operations, persist explicit team intent, make refresh, repair, and deletion retryable, and harden local release publication.
Add the docs/styleguide.pdf norme grafiche and an SVG asset kit derived
from it: the galaxy cover banner, the orbit system diagram, the dot
frieze footer band, and the symbol lockup. Restyle the README around
them with numbered section heads, replacing the centred HTML header,
the hero image, and the mermaid flowchart, and ship the assets in the
sdist in place of the retired JPEG.
Replace the dark neon theme with the norme grafiche: warm carta ground,
ink type and rules, the four flat hues, and circles as the only graphic
vocabulary. The header carries the orbit symbol lockup, sections take
numbered letterspaced heads, state and mode read as a dot plus a
letterspaced word, and the footer carries the dot frieze. Gradients,
shadows, blur, icon glyphs, rounded containers, and the second typeface
are gone, and the page is single-scheme light with no dark variant.
Avatar hues move to the four-pass palette and the fleet summary no
longer pluralises 'running'. The DOM contract with app.js and the UI
tests is unchanged.

Bring the per-team viewer in line with the restyled fleet dashboard:
warm carta ground, ink type and rules, the four flat hues, circles and
letterspaced caps, the orbit symbol lockup, numbered section heads, and
the dot frieze footer. Gradients, shadows, blur, icon glyphs, and
rounded containers are gone; the work-map nodes lose their corner
radius and the selected edge draws in rosso. Monospace remains only
inside displayed file and log content. Single-scheme light, and the UI
test token assertions follow the new palette.
