Description

  • Build read the docs with the latest dependencies.
  • Run CI checks with the latest dependencies.
  • Update pre-commit hooks.
  • Apply pre-commit to more nanobind-ported modules.

Motivation and Context

Ensure that freud works with current software versions.

How Has This Been Tested?

CI checks.
