  • Updates yarn to v4.10.3 to take advantage of the new settings npmMinimalAgeGate and npmPreapprovedPackages
  • Updated yarn install --frozen-lockfile to yarn install --immutable
  • Update node version to current LTS version
  • Use the tagged releases for the grafana plugin Ci workflows https://github.com/grafana/plugin-ci-workflows/releases. Starting on ci-cd-workflows/v3 as that defaults to Node v22
  • Updated jest.config.js to transform ESM only modules as some tests were failing
