As I understand while you are developing with
debugMode = trueand change any resource it doesn't make sence to reloading stub for resources requests (js/css and so on). This patch allows adhoc resources to be processed by Grails while resources plugin is reloading. This patch is important for livereload feature - when you change css file your UI should be updated ASAP. At the moment we have to wait until resources plugin finishes reloading process
