Purpose: help measure elements on site in browser, specially when developer make site/component based on image
How to start ?:
Just copy and paste links to Your html when your work is in progress. When you finish delete/comment it:
/////CSS - copypaste between <head> tag:

/////JS - paste on the end and inside <body> of your site:

M - start/stop main axes
Z - start/stop support axes

↑↓← → - (when you moving measure lines), change measurment info position
