Align public claims with the canonical claims sheet

Aligns this repository with the canonical claims sheet (2026-08-06).

• Paper status stated as: arXiv preprints, peer reviewed at COLM, NeurIPS or ACL, three reviewers per paper, revised to address every point raised, none accepted at a venue yet.
• Paper 4 referred to by its real title, The Outer Geometry of Truth. arXiv:2603.13259 is no longer described as the Register Wall.
• The ~0.68 ceiling scoped to DGI and to logistic/MLP probes over the same embeddings, never to every embedding-similarity method and never to SGI.
• Withdrawn AUROC figures removed where still live.

Documentation and claim scoping only, with two exceptions: Groundlens-Cookbook gains a non-Colab fallback in the auth cell, and groundlens-mcp raises its groundlens floor to 2026.7.23 so the documented encoder is the one that installs.
