What does this change?
Removes the Personalised Highlights AB test.
Adds
defer={{ until: 'visible' }back to the island.Original PR: #14757
Why?
The test has finished.
By removing the associated code, this allows the cards to render on the server (the same as before the test was created). Cards will appear much faster for users on poor connections as they will not have to wait for javascript to load to see the content.
