Changes

  • Update Rust toolchain to "nightly-2025-09-01"
  • Update INSTALL.md to reflect use of LLVM 18.1.8
  • Add explicit lifetime elisions
  • Remove un-used feature_flags
  • Use if let and && compound expressions
  • Use Span::local_file instead of Span::source_file
  • Use 128::cast_unsigned rather than mem::transmute
  • Add simple storage test for StoreKey macro
  • Upgrade all dependencies to their latest versions
