πŸ—’οΈ What

🀷 Why

This request came from Support's Dan Hung, who created a ticket in the Runtime Education Jira.

"... our official packaging guide Official Packaging Guide says supported distributions are Fedora 41 and 42 with Fedora 40 already EOL. Can we please update our docs for deprecate Fedora 40 and add Fedora 42 repo?"

Dan included this code snippet, which is from the Official Packaging Guide:

wget -O- https://rpm.releases.hashicorp.com/fedora/hashicorp.repo | sudo tee /etc/yum.repos.d/hashicorp.repo

This change affects the Linux section on all developer.hashicorp.com/<product>/install pages.
