Add TF 1.14 documentation for registry and fix up some other provider-related docs

This PR will stay in draft until actions and list are at least released in terraform-plugin-framework or TF 1.14, whichever comes first 😄. All of the changes can be reviewed though 👍🏻

Adds registry documentation for new action and list resource docs, there's also a couple fixes to existing docs that I noticed while I was reading through 😄

Other changes

• Fixed the sensitive state page, which seems to think that the highlight is a code snippet -> https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/plugin/best-practices/sensitive-state
• Added actions, list resource, and dynamic data (added last year) to the framework benefits section
• Removed a lot of the protocol documentation since all of that information can be found in the terraform-plugin-go source and it isn't being updated regularly as we add new RPCs.
• Removed the images related to the protocol docs
