Hey @just, thanks for your PR, and my apologies for letting it slip by here. I haven't removed the sample app because I thought of updating it and pushing it somewhere else, just haven't gotten around doing that yet. (and haven't found the place to deploy it yet) Anyway, thanks again... I'll try to get that updated eventually. |

This removes the example in Heroku because it is not available anymore.
