Environment

• Google Colab + BigQuery (US multi-region)
• Python 3.x, key libs: pandas, google-cloud-bigquery

Notes

• Data resides in BigQuery/Drive (no large raw files committed).
• Notebooks include cost dry-run checks and validation notes as required.
