useSnaps.ts > melhorar um pouco na pagina do home o carregamento dos snaps
tweetlist.tsx > Mudei de "Loandig posts" para "loading snaps" no container do meio.
tweetlist.tsx, tweetReplyModal.tsx e PostPage.tsx > ao clicar em um post/blog o mesmo carregar, estava aparecendo duas vezes a caixa de texto para responder. Uma delas aparecia como reply e a outra como post.
