This is currently lower priority, but I want to fix the emoji picker icon styling. Turns out to do so may be a bit more of an undertaking, so will punt on this for now. |

for some reason using the
Button.IconButtoncomponent directly causes the chat input textarea to immediately un-focus every time you try to focus. No idea why, but when we use theReactionButtoncomponent, and style it to look like the IconButton, it works just fine
