IMPP is the standard property beginning from vCard 3.0.
Technically Turba is only emitting vCard 2.1 but the PRODID property
would be illegal there, too.

This fixes compatibility with DAVx5.

Lots of conflicts. Applied manually on latest FW_6_0: #15.

Tested, also with ActiveSync. Thanks for the contribution.
