Fixes #403. This PR explicitly updates the TUI sidebar section header to "session totals" and prefixes the compact footer value with "context -> " to clearly differentiate between lifetime session usage and active context consumption. It also updates the TUI application tests and documentation to align with these labels.

Thanks for working on this! The underlying issue #403 has since been resolved by #407 (merged), which clarified the sidebar session-usage and footer context-token labels, and this PR now conflicts with main. Closing as superseded — feel free to open a fresh PR if you spot remaining gaps in the new labeling.
