What does this PR do?
This is a PR to extend the supported dataset formats for the BCO Trainer.
Although the KTO Trainer supports paired dataset formats and formats without prompts (see KTO Trainer code), BCO Trainer does not.
This PR extends the BCO Trainer to support paired dataset formats and formats without prompts, similar to the KTO Trainer. This improves the versatility of the BCO Trainer.
