Add Spanish translations for various UI elements

Added missing strings and translated the ones who didn't have any translations

I updated strings that were needed, as well as updating and translating those that were present but didn't have an appropriate translation/were in English, now it's completely up to date

¡Hola @LianelaSky! Gracias por la traducción. Justo abrí el Issue #2076 y un PR hace una semana proponiendo que dividamos el idioma en dos archivos: es-LA (para mantener vuestras traducciones con voseo) y es-ES (para español de España/neutro). Lo comento porque si mezclamos los dos dialectos en un solo archivo, va a quedar raro para los usuarios y nos pisaremos el trabajo.

@aspectedu En este caso habrá que esperar que opinan sobre tu PR, yo actualmente poseo una traducción en Español - España, la cuál hice personalmente, de hecho tengo 3 traducciones, una extremadamente neutra pero por ende, no tan amigable al usuario, una más mexicanizada y otra española, por ende se complica el hecho de crear una traducción "única" como tal.
