MIXPINN: Mixed‑Material Simulations by Physics‑Informed Neural Network

For SOFA installation please refer to the SOFA's offical website: https://www.sofa-framework.org/download/

1. run Simulation/main.py to generate simulation data which will be saved at Simulation/data/outputs/ (set gui:off in Simulation/config.yaml to for the default experiment).
2. run GNN/dataset.py to create the dataset for GNN training
3. run GNN/train.py
