IUCLID5 parser

Parses IUCLID 5.4 / IUCLID 5.5 / IUCLID 5.6 files into internal AMBIT data model. Enables import of IUCLID 5 files into AMBIT database.

• reads conclusions field in case the interpretation result is empty
• store substance UUID and iupac names as distinct properties, with reference to the i5z file
• Use substanceRecord specific method for setting reference substance, not as property
• stores info of the original input file
