- Align terminology with WIMSE: Credential Service (was Identity Server), workload identity lifecycle (was machine identity); soften single-authority language to allow one or more trust anchors per trust domain. - Rename Workload Identity State Events to Workload Lifecycle Events and clarify that credential cancellation/issuance is conveyed by companion events. - Add Common Optional Claims section aligning reason_admin/reason_user/ initiating_entity with CAEP as localizable objects. - Promote RISC to normative; refresh RISC, CAEP, and SSF to final 1.0 refs. - Add WPT, RFC 5646, RFC 7523, RFC 8705, RFC 9325 refs; cite RFC 7517 for JWKS. - Replace TLS 1.2 requirement with RFC 9325 recommendation. - Normalize enum values to underscores; keep event type names hyphenated. - Add -02 change log; fix stray quote, 'as as' typo, duplicated history entry.
