Refactored _calc_surrounding_flowers in flower_field.py to inline neighbor counting and removed _process_cell helper. Added new resistor-color-trio exercise with config, metadata, help, README, solution stub, and tests.
Added the label function to resistor_color_trio.py to compute and format resistor values based on three color bands, scaling the result to the largest whole unit (ohms, kiloohms, megaohms, gigaohms). Also expanded the COLOR_VALUES mapping and added docstrings for clarity. Updated COORDINATES type annotation in flower_field.py for improved readability.
