Request for Comment Current Curriculum Process

To get the current curriculum to a good place these are the steps we need to take.

  1. Current training material (this need to be finished by end of March)
  2. Need to freeze in RST
  3. link to user docs for new InaSAFE 2.0 features
  4. Native speaker to go through and review - may crowd source for edits
  5. translate into bahasa
