- Register 0001_audit_token_cost.sql in the drizzle journal (with statement breakpoints) — unjournaled migrations never run, which would have broken every audit write after deploy. - Read the SDK result usage with its real snake_case keys (input_tokens, cache_read_input_tokens, ...); the camelCase reads recorded 0 for every token count, and the test mocks were reinforcing the bug. - Extract the 5x-duplicated workflow report block into scripts/report-token-usage.sh and read total_cost_usd (with cost_usd fallback) — the old .cost_usd extraction always reported $0.
