Aligns the stragglers with the build paths already on Node 24 (.nvmrc is v24.12.0; dev/containers + dev/build Dockerfiles are node:24): - build.yml: setup-node 20.x -> 24.x - package.json engines: node >=20 -> >=24 - dev/build-arm/Dockerfile: node:20-alpine -> node:24-alpine (build + release) Node 20 is in maintenance; 24 is the current LTS.
