Summary
This is a big hairy one.
It is intended to allow viewing metadata about selected items in the staging area, and creates variants of the metadata display system like such display modes, copy functionality, and improved UI components. Whether this should also be paired with restyling of other metadata display the same time is debatable -- I am trying to make this incremental, but it could make sense to handle all the metadata display changes (recall params panel, metadata preview in image viewer, etc.) all at the same time.
