🌊 Open Deep Water — OEM WetEnd Integration Program

License: CC BY 4.0 GitHub Pages Status

📋 Overview

Open Deep Water is a concept for a future open platform for collecting, analyzing, and publishing oceanographic, climate, and environmental data.

The platform is based on Raspberry Pi with hardware HAT (Hardware Attached on Top) modules and software NAT (Native Adapter Translator) adapters to support OEM-WetEnd from any manufacturers.

🌟 Key Features

  • 🔧 HAT Adapters: Individual Raspberry Pi HATs for connecting any OEM-WetEnd devices
  • 💻 Software NAT: Drivers for protocol conversion into unified open format
  • 🤖 AI Analysis: Modules for time series analysis, filtering, and anomaly detection
  • 🌐 Open Data: Integration with scientific databases and repositories
  • 🔬 Scientific Ecosystem: Support for universities, research centers, and citizen science
  • 📜 Open Licenses: Apache 2.0, CERN OHL v2, Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0
