Increase _command_delay for executing multiple tasks after eachother.

The interval in the proposed official Marstek integration is 2s, and with this my system this indeed seems more stable.

I use the proposed interval changes but did not see much difference (on FW v. 144). More my battery stopped charging and was unavailable remotely (only worked on Bluetooth). I sent this to Marstek support in the App. Today I got FW v.145 (battery) and FW v118 for the CT003 (instead of previously v116).
They also said to completely remove the battery from the (Left swipe) & also do a factory reset first.
Did all that, current it's running normal again. Until the next hick up probably :-D
I informed after the "Official" Local API Home Assistant Addon and the support guy said it was in testing phase :-)
More news from other forums, I read modbus TCP is also available directly on the batteries wired LAN from V144.
So no need for RS485 adapters anymore.
