Update README with new app screenshots

Updated README to reference the latest screenshots showing the current app state from the local screenshots folder.

Changes

• README.md: All screenshot references now use local paths from the screenshots/ folder
• Screenshots showcase the updated application UI including:
  • Soundscape Creator (initial view, with prompt, updated design, navigation)
  • Preset Manager (main view, with sample data, navigation variants)
  • Playlist Manager
  • Settings page

The screenshots folder contains the latest versions of all images showing the current state of the application with the updated interface.
