Collection of smaller fixes and improvements for the API and Frontend.

Changes

  • UI: Display provider top speed in the Health page provider table.
  • UI: Removed the redundant 'Failure Reason' column from the provider table (info is often generic).
  • API: Strip internal ID prefix (e.g., 123_) from queue item filenames for cleaner display in the UI.
  • Config: Restored skip_health_check default to true.
