Version bump so the retrieval fix in #23 reaches installs. install.sh resolves to the newest v* tag, so anything not tagged is invisible to a fresh install.

• Retrieval returns 10 chunks instead of 5. At 5, a senior resume silently lost highest degree, doctoral school, skills, open source, publications, and referral source before the model ever saw them (Add a retrieval eval, and raise retrieval_n to 10 on what it found #23).
• evals/ scores fact recall over three synthetic profiles and attributes every miss to ranking or to chunking.
• Both Claude workflows authenticate with ANTHROPIC_API_KEY instead of a secret that was never set (Point the Claude workflows at the API key secret that actually exists #22).
