build: remove unused task-tree plugin - #2603

The com.dorongold.task-tree plugin was added as a drive-by in 2020 and has never been used in CI or build scripts. No point upgrading it two major versions (2.1.1 → 4.0.1) for something nobody uses. Closes jbangdev#2493
