• Add way to bundle libraries without exposing them to plugins jenkins#26600

Testing done

Confirmed that one InjectedTest passed for one plugin locally.

The failure in the msbuild plugin appears to be related to the artifact caching proxy. The build log is stored in a gist if someone needs to find it in the future.

Closing because the tests were successful (intentionally ignoring the msbuild failure that seems to have been transient).
