Sorry, I didn't check for existing open PRs when I did #138 I believe this could be made less complex when applied on top of that. |

I needed my Jenkins to be able to put file on a bucket owned by another account. This requires being able to change ACL to bucket-owner-full-control and also assuming a role defined in the other account. This PR adds both possibilities.
