[Test] Check CI status with/without baseline parameter

This is only a Test PR. It's supposed to document CI errors due to circumstances.

You've been right. This seems to be more of a general issue.

Do you know a way to report this problem somewhere? I'm not sure where I'd start for this, but I'd guess it could be interesting for other people too.

If it's infra issue, infra helpdesk. If flaky for other reason it's maintainer side.

Maybe add more logs on the test would be a first step?
