- Ensures Python matches local version
- Creates missing files before tests run (logs/app.log, history.csv).
- Prints file and plugin directories for debugging.
- Runs tests sequentially (temporary fix for parallel issues).
- Keeps tests running even if they fail to capture all outputs.
