Hi, @timreggev. Thanks for taking part in the competition! In order to assure your methods reflect the use of data science (and to be fair to all other competitors), do you mind detailing with additional depth how you developed your predictions? How did you evaluate the weight of previous Yelp reviews as well as other cities? Did you make use of the Yelp API? Did you use a choice model or averaging technique? It's encouraged to lean on subject matter expertise, but this should complement quantification and model-building.

Please let me know as soon as you can. It's important you provide additional context before we score submissions tomorrow.

Hi, sorry, I've been slammed at work and haven't had any time to turn to
this. I don't need any consideration for the prize, I just want to know how
I stacked up. My methodology, without diving too deep, combined overall
Yelp reviews, WaPo stars, Zagat score, and a very, very, very heavy dose of
my own personal subject matter expertise and experience. I'll also add that
the Inn at Little Washington...NO FAIR!
