This is a toy repository that
- contains a mixture of Fortran and C++ code,
- hosts Doxygen documentation at https://jrdoneal.github.io/infrastructure/index.html via a gh-pages branch,
- uses automated test frameworks and associated scripts for developing with tests,
- and connects the testing harness with Travis CI.
