sqlplus fails to execute if run during same converge

sqlplus64: error while loading shared libraries: libsqlplus.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

ldconfig should be run immediately.

I think you should notify the execute[ldconfig] resource using :before in your own recipe. https://docs.chef.io/resource_common.html#notifications

I disagree. Developers should not have to know the internals of a cookbook to use it.
