Adds hwledger_rpc.py: line-delimited JSON-RPC 2.0 server over stdin/stdout for hwLedger inference control. Implements generate, cancel, load_model, unload_model, memory_report, and health RPCs. Adds __main_hwledger__.py entry point for invocation as: python -m omlx.__main_hwledger__ or: uv run --project . python -m omlx.__main_hwledger__ Traces to FR-INF-002 (JSON-RPC over stdio).
