Notification Service

Used to notify students and tutors about updates with tutoring sessions, reservations, messages, and other new changes

Assumptions:

• What type of information the user is notified about (and therefore what is provided to the system) and how can be adjusted by the user
• Linked to the user’s preferred contact (email, phone num, other?)

Outcome: allows students and tutors to be notified about changes, such as new reservations or cancellations without directly accessing the site, information is delivered to the user.
