💡 What: Removed the redundant manual invocation of compinit from zsh/znap.zsh.
🎯 Why: The Znap plugin manager automatically handles compinit and compilation caching internally. The existing code was manually executing compinit and performing file modification checks, which degrades shell startup performance and overrides Znap's native lazy-loading and caching optimizations.
📊 Impact: Shell startup time reduced from ~0.9s to ~0.16s (tested locally via time zsh -i -c exit), a significant and measurable optimization.
🔬 Measurement: time zsh -i -c exit run before and after the patch.

Code Review

The zsh/znap.zsh change looks correct — Znap does handle compinit automatically, so removing the manual invocation is a valid optimization.

One issue in .jules/bolt.md: the new section heading contains a literal $(date +%Y-%m-%d) instead of an actual date:

## $(date +%Y-%m-%d) - Znap Compinit Handling

This string was not shell-expanded at commit time, so it will render literally in the file. It should be replaced with the actual date (e.g., ## 2026-07-24 - Znap Compinit Handling).
