This is the GitHub-hosted CI static gate only: cargo-audit, npm-audit,
semgrep, SQLCipher DB checks (static source), and crypto oracle.

Not covered here (require the live lab on the orchestrator LAN):
DAST, IPC fuzzer, peer-sync TCP fuzzer, the e1/e2/e3 LAN probes under
scripts/pentest/probes/, and cso per-finding verification. Those run via
the generic harness and are reported by the lab-gate job (self-hosted runner).

Run the live-lab gate

On the orchestrator (with the victims on the LAN), drive
scripts/pentest/probes/ via the generic harness (separate repo), or trigger
this workflow via Run workflow with run_lab_gate = true (requires the
self-hosted runner registered on the orchestrator).

cso is the canonical confidence gate: OWASP Top 10, STRIDE threat modeling,
secrets archaeology, and independent per-finding verification with an 8/10
confidence gate. A probe hit is only promoted to a confirmed finding if cso
independently re-derives it from source at file:line.
