chapter_3/chapter_3.py → chapter_3/example_data_1.py

不要修改文件名。书上用的是chatper_3.py，改了名字以后会让读者混淆。

一般chapter_开头的代码用来演示知识点的使用示例，example_data_开头的文件，是数据导入文件。用途不一样。
