Replace REST API calls with GraphQL API calls where possible.

There are some things I would like to do either in this PR or complimenting PRs.

• Test thoroughly.
  • I tested this in production with "feature flags" but I would like to gain some more confidence and testing all the corner cases is tidious. Figure out a way to write tests for this. Maybe with node-nock.
• Paginate through all results
